## My Friend Called Me Out About Carnivore – And He Was Right I was talking to a good friend the other night and he asked me something that really made me think: "I've seen a lot of people taste success, then slide backwards. What makes you different?" I had to sit with that one for a minute. My first instinct was to say "tracking" – because data doesn't lie and I've got 1,644 weight measurements to prove it.
